Return Policy

IonAlb Travel & Tours is committed to providing high-quality travel experiences. If you are not satisfied with a service or product purchased through us, this Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a return or reimbursement.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns or cancellations may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The tour or service was not delivered as described
  • The booking was cancelled by IonAlb Travel & Tours
  • A cancellation request is submitted within the eligible timeframe (see Section 4)
  • The service was significantly different from what was advertised

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour
  • No-shows on the day of the tour
  • Dissatisfaction due to weather conditions beyond our control
  • Personal reasons unrelated to service quality

4. Cancellation Timeframes

The following cancellation windows apply:

  • More than 72 hours before: Full refund
  • 24–72 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your booking reference number and reason for the return
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
