Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund from IonAlb Travel & Tours in the event of a product return or service cancellation. We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel your booking within the eligible cancellation window
- IonAlb Travel & Tours cancels the tour or service
- The service provided was materially different from what was booked
- There was a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge
3. Refund Schedule
Refund amounts depend on when the cancellation is made:

| Cancellation by IonAlb | 100% refund |
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@ionalb.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, booking reference number, and reason for the refund
- Attach any supporting documentation if applicable
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 3–5 business days.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Booking fees and service charges (unless the cancellation is made by IonAlb)
- Tours cancelled due to no-show
- Partially used services
