Delivery Policy

1. Overview

At IonAlb Travel & Tours, we provide tour bookings, boat trips, and travel services. This Delivery Policy outlines how and when you will receive confirmation of your bookings and any physical or digital materials associated with your purchase.

2. Digital Delivery

All booking confirmations, tickets, and vouchers are delivered digitally via email. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing:

  • Booking reference number
  • Tour or service details
  • Date, time, and meeting point
  • Contact information for your guide or operator

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard booking confirmations are sent within 1–24 hours of payment. During peak season (June–September), confirmation may take up to 48 hours. If you have not received your confirmation within this period, please contact us.

4. Physical Materials

In cases where physical materials (brochures, maps, or printed tickets) are required, they will be provided at the meeting point on the day of your tour. No shipping fees apply for physical materials as they are handed directly to you.

5. Shipping Fees

IonAlb Travel & Tours does not charge shipping fees for digital deliveries. All confirmations and tickets are sent electronically at no additional cost.

6. Failed Delivery

If your confirmation email is not received, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@ionalb.com or via our contact page and we will resend your confirmation promptly.
